Re: Henry Ryan b abt 1832. Appears to have married a Nancy J (?) b 1833. Find he and wife in Knoxville, Knox, Co TN census records in 1870, 1880 occupation as Policeman, and again in 1910 retired. 1860 finds them in Jefferson Co TN, (county adjacent to Knox on the east). He may have served in Company B, Vidette Cavalry Regiment Tennessee during the war but I've no primary proof they are one and the same.
