I am looking for information on the 8th Missouri Cavalry, 2nd Cavalry Regiment. My great-great uncle, Carson Whitney Randol served in the regiment and I am looking for information on what battles and skirmishes he might have been involved in and any other information I can find! Carson was 17 when he joined in Cape Girardeau County, Missouri in September 1862. Thank you.
