Abisha Frakes was my 2nd ggrandfather. I believe he died 12 April 1865 in Jefferson Barracks. Can anyone prove this for me and also if he had a daughter named Julia Ann Frakes? My Aunt who has since passed on told me that Julia's parents were Aisha Frakes and Elizabeth Robinson. I can't seem to find Julia in this family. How do I get the CD from Jefferson barracks of soldiers who died there. Thanks for any help.
