Pauline White Pardon

The listing of female prisoners held at the Gratiot Street prison says this of Pauline White of Wayne County, Missouri: “Sent to penitentiary at Jefferson City Aug. 24, 1864. Sentenced to imprisonment during the war. Pardoned by president June 23, 1865.”
In trying to pick up documentation to support this representation, I asked the national archives for her record. I was advised a pardon record for Pauline White does not exist. Can someone tell me how it happened this bogus information appears on the web site? Or perhaps give me a reason why the national archives would not have a record of this pardon?
