That "someone" who listed Julia Ann as the daughter of Abisha Frakes was me. I had sent an email to Patty Laplante asking her if she knew of and if she had any documentation on Julia as being Abisha's daughter. I told her about his children of the second marriage but had no knowledge of where Julia fit in in the 1st marriage. Well, to make a long story short, Patty added Julia to the first family and quoted my findings from Abisha's military and pension report from the NARA which I had sent for as a source. So, lo and behold, that is where Julia sits and is without any verifiable documentation. I do wish Patty would remove Julia from the family of Abisha Frakes and Elzabeth Frakes. I can't prove she is their daughter and I would so like to do so as she is my 2nd great grandmother. This is exactly what happens when someone puts someone on the 'net without good documentation and my name is behind it. I wanted to clarify this as best I could becuase I know it has traveled all over and is not correct as far as Julia is concerned.
