The 7th service card lists him as William T. age 22 in 1861
The 11th card lists him as William P. age 26 in 1864
The 1870 Louisiana, Mo. census lists a William P. Followell 31, a machinest born in Kentucky
with a wife Mary 19 and son John 7 months. I don't find them later.
