I'm sorry this isn't your Russell family so we could compare notes. You are correct on the parents of Robert Rankin Russell - they were James Russell and Clarissa Byrd. If you have any other Russell family info on this particular branch I would love to see what you found. I have not been to Cape Girardeau to research so I am interested in what you have found.
