I got it in the 1970s from E. Taylor Campbell of St. Joseph, Missouri. I gave a copy to Jack Mayes, of Ironton, Missouri, a life-long student of the Battle of Pilot Knob, Missouri. He gave a copy to the state battlefield park now located on the battle site. I lost my copy and the park gave me the one I posted. So I would cite the park.
