Possible copyright violation

Has anyone purchased a copy of WITH PORTER IN NORTH MISSOURI published by Kessinger Publishing (http://www.amazon.com/Porter-North-Missouri-Chapter-History/dp/1160022488/ref=tmm_hrd_title_0) or General Books (http://www.amazon.com/Porter-Missouri-Chapter-History-Between/dp/1151262641/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1292211561&sr=8-1#_)? Amazon is displaying my edition of this book (http://www.amazon.com/Porter-North-Missouri-Chapter-History/dp/192991900X/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1292212439&sr=1-1) in the "Look Inside" feature for each of these other publishers, and I am wondering if these other publishers have actually copied my edition. This would be a copyright violation. To pursue this legally I would have to purchase copies of these other editions as proof of the violation, but I'd rather not. If someone out there has a copy of either edition and could check it for me I would appreciate it. If either or both editions have my introduction (signed by me) and index, then they are illegal copies.
