It appears this Jacob F. Powell was from Boone Co, MO..Married Mary Bittle 1st, and Aldora C (Sharpe) Ritchey (Ritchie) 11/24/1915 Angelina Co, TX..Aldora was married to John H. Ritchie 1st..Do not know about any Chambers connection..Hope it helps..
