Thank you for the 1922 Columbia newspaper article. I had not heard of that one.

Check with some of the larger libraries for a collection of the "Confederate Veteran." I seem to recall that somebody reprinted all of the "Confederate Veteran" issues a few years back, unless I dreamed that one. Perhaps one of the readers may shed light on that.
