The Starr DA Army Model 1858 that I am researching belonged to a "S Cooper" of Fillmore, Missouri... it seems as though he served in the 5th & 12th Missouri Sate Militia Cavalry units, as well as, the Andrew County Battalion Cavalry... did any of these units get the Starr issued to them?
