Did anyone catch the article on the origins of the Kansas Jayhawk moniker in the Summer 2011 issue of Kansas History? If so, I would appreciate hearing your take on the article. I found it to be deply flawed owing to errors, questionalble analysis, and extreme bias, but perhaps i am being too critical. Does anyone have a handle on the reputation of the Kansas History publication regarding fair and balanced analysis of Kansas history?
