I am in need of a General Orders No. 69, probably from April or May 1864 from the Department of the Missouri that involves some Cape Girardeau Co. citizens tried before a Military Commission. If anyone has this in their collection, please let me know. I have G.O. #65 of April 29, 1864, so # 69 should be in that time frame. Also, some years ago, I remember consulting a book of General Orders for Missouri (not the War Department) either at the Missouri State Historical Society in Columbia or in the Special Collection Sections of the St. Louis Public Library. It is also possible that the Missouri Historical Society has this book. I am a distance from everywhere! and would like to get a clue of the location before traveling. Many thanks Bob
