Can ANYbody tell me how to access any Lafayette County, Missouri archives / old newspapers / historians? I am hoping for more help with the Lafayette County Warren familyn and have been on a wild goose chase trying to find contacts. There is no email for Lafayette Co. Historical Society, the Lexington Historical Museum is only open five months of the year and I just cant find where old news and archives and collections are in the county! Can ANYone tell me if Lafayette has anything like the Jackson County Archives or a special collections of old papers and history? And if so....WHERE?! Is there any good historian contacts?
