There is. It meets once a month on the third Sunday, 1400 hours, at Hanover Lutheran Church on Perryville Road on the north side of Cape Girardeau. In July, I think they will be meeting at the River Heritage Museum in downtown Cape and Michael Comer will be presenting. The museum is hosting the divided loyalties traveling exhibit.
