Thank You, --- I have a copy of the 9th Reunion dated: Sept. 26, 1896 and a copy of the 10th Reunion dated: Dec. 1, 1897.
In the 9th Reunion information, it lists names of members not present {as to the way I read it} and there is a D. S. Biggs {which is David Solomon Biggs a Brother to Andrew Allen Biggs}. [!! To me, it looks like they did not keep in touch with each other for some reason. Not sure if Andrew A. every knew of a Reunion or did not hear about it till it was over and done with.] There is also a note as to: The secretary is also advised that the following named comrades are yet living, but as yet he has been unable to obtain their postoffice addresses: { No Biggs are listed here either. }
In the 10th Reunion information there is a list of -- those whose postoffice address we now have. This list consists of Field and Staff; then by Companies. In Company "H" list there is a: Biggs, C. D. of Lebanon, MO. * Well there IS NO C. D. Biggs; it would have to be - D. S. {David Solomon - brother to Andrew A. and H. L. (Hardy L. who died in Nov. 1863) - all sons of Hardy Biggs}; or H. C. {Hardy C. - son of William Biggs}. Just worked these Biggs men out in 2011 by Military Records and other documentation. Just remember, record keeping was not the best in those days and even in today's world one has to look at the Facts.
I would like to converse with someone that is up-to-date on the writings in the War of the Rebellion information posted on-line. Not sure I'm reading it correctly.
