Thanks for the information. I should know better than to make assumptions that the marker's on the exact location of the grave. I live in Lafayette County, so I'm familiar with the property you're talking about where Blunt's grave is located. It's not a place I'd want to go by myself. There are also two different dates for Blunt's death (March of 1864 and April of 1864) so I'm not sure which one is correct. I may never know, but I'll keep digging. Thanks again.
