I have been pressed for an answer to the question: "How many Civil War magazines are still currently in print?" I know the last four years have been tough for most of them, but which ones have gone and which ones are still with us? Can anyone put their finger on this information for me? Of two major chain book stores in my area, one went out of business and one moved away, so I don't get to the magazine rack as often as I would like. This is not an idle question, because someone is pressing me on this one.

You know, just to keep me in good graces with the good folks who maintain this forum, these would be periodicals that from time to time publish articles about the Civil War in Missouri. Whew! Almost forgot.
