I am unable to get to the Western Manuscripts to get a good look at Francis M. Gordon's diary of his Company D, 2nd Colorado Cav. movements and missions. I know there are passages of skirmishes and fights with guerrillas (I am assuming it's Quantrill and / or Todd's men) and was wondering if anyone can elaborate on these. I know all about the Grinter Farm fight with Wagoner's men, but I can't seem to find any detail on other fights with Quantrill / Todd's men. Can someone give me a rundown on other fights and battles?! It would be so greatly appreciated!
