Can anyone point to firsthand or eyewitness accounts of Larkin Skaggs' killing in Lawrence other than the ones below? Connelley seems to reference others printed in local newspapers around the turn of the century (guessing for the 50th anniversary) but doesn't provide complete citations.

The ones I've got so far are:
- Andrew Williams (a slave who allegedly witnessed the execution and later Connelley's gardener in Topeka)
- C. M. Chase (via a footnote in Connelley)
- J. M. Henry (written for newspaper in 1913)
