Thanks George-that is probably the one. The Rockingham Register of 1-20-65 has a short account of a Lt. Kelly leading a squad of the Missourians against some Swamp Dragons(WV Union Home Guards) who were raiding southern homes along the South Fork River in Hardy County WV. It happened on Jan 11.
