I am looking for recrods of a man whose name was Gilberry Specie, but because of the nature of his name and accent may have been listed as Gilbury Specie or Specia. He is said to have lost an arm as a result of an artillery shell at Jackson, MS, and had his arm amutated at JB - but survived and lived until 1911 or so. Wondering if there are any records of him.
