I would suggest reading Timothy Smith's book "Corinth 1862." That book has an order of battle for the October 3-4, 1862 actions. Peter Cozzen's book "Dark Days of the War" is another excellent book on the Corinth Campaign. Finally, Phil Gottchalk's book "In Deadly Earnest" deals with the Confederate Missouri brigade that served east of the Mississippi River.
