At some point in the distant past I seem to recall a source that stated Island No. 10 in the Mississippi River was within the District of Southeast Missouri in Mid 1863. After several hours of searching I now believe this to be incorrect. Can I request some assistance on this as to the corrrect District with source for this time frame. Thank you.
