PM papers talk about an unsuccessful expedition out of Ft. Smith to arrest him at Boggy Depot IT/OK for the murder of Benjamin Sharp(?) of Missouri written July 5th 1866. During the interview of newly married Frances Cobb she indicated that Alvin was driving cattle towards Boggy Depot. It appears the expedition was made the first part of June and portions of the squad hung around the area around Will Station until the 19th with "Cobb having left the neighborhood"
