January 4, Colonel Cobb, of Antelope Valley, arrested as an accessory to
the killing of McClain, Wells and Stewart. . .

May 31, William Hamilton and Colonel A. Cobb, charged with the murder of
Deputy Sheriff McClain in Antelope Valley, discharged in the District Court at
Marysville.
