William Robinson shows up as William Roberson in the 1906 article. There was a William Roberson, born ca. 1842, who served in the MSG in Priest's Cavalry Company. That was John W. Priest, who served under Gen. Thomas A. Harris in the 2nd Division MSG. General Harris has already made an appearance in a thread related to this same research, re: Stewart B. Hatton and the skirmish in Callaway County near Fulton in 1861.

And...James Brewer is possibly Major James Brewer, who served in 2nd Division MSG as Provost Marshal under Thomas Harris.
