Reading the newspaper articles about the burning of Mr. Brown's barn and the murder of Jesse Yancey in 1923, the pin location has got to be close. Exact I don't know... I imagine that there is local knowledge as to the precise location if you made a road trip. The pin matches the 1956 Bearcreek quadrangle Topo map for structure, also shows a barn just west of the structure.
