Re: Price's arrival in Memphis, Tn spring 1862

So, trying to get an idea about these 17 Unknown MO CS at Bartlett Station. Pulled from Memphis some time before, during or after the battle June 6th.
April 18th to June 6th........Price's time line? How long did they stay, (not very) I'm guessing?? Mo Honor Roll only has three men dying in Memphis during first part of June. 6/12 then 2 men on 7/7......
Malcolm McDonald, John D. C. Davis, & G. M. Marcus all of the 1st Mo Inf and no POW paper for them....."St. Louis Christian Advocate" Mar-Jun 1866......this is the reference used by Leslie Anders who put out the MHR in 1988.......putting a canvas on the 1st Mo INf now to try and find more option......Price men, these in the 1st are Bowen's men.........I'd say they were to sick to leave, left behind again, no paper trail.....too many time that happened
