From Guide to Missouri Confederate Units, 1861-1865 by James E. McGhee, page 69:
This book is what I believe is the best source of information on the Confederate forces in Missouri and their organization, battles, and movements.
"This force attacked the Union outpost near Clark's Mill in Douglas County, Missouri, on November 7 (1865), procured its surrender after a short fight; captured 150 prisoners, 2 cannons, 200 stands of arms, a number of horses, and stores valued at nearly $40,000; and burned the enemy fortifications before leaving the area."
I sure agree with that!
