Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any primary source lists. Such would be exceedingly important in providing understanding and context to "guerrilla" activities in north Missouri in the summer of 1864. Caleb Perkins has been wholly overlooked in regard to what was going on, despite him being the de facto ranking Confederate officer over the amalgamated bands of guerrillas riding with him belonging to the Who's Who celebrity chieftains Quantrill, Bill Anderson, Thrailkill etc during their peak frenzy of activity in September 1864.
