Well, I've always said the South fought a valiant war while vastly outnumbered and outresourced, but it lost the propaganda war by a much greater margin. That war is still being waged but in much more nuanced form. Those interested in an objective view of the Civil War just have to express themselves from time to time to see that some semblance of the truth still remains alive, even though the hot-air cannons will continue to fire at us.
