I am looking for any information about a Colonel Talbot from Southwest Missouri or Northwest Arkansas. I am not sure of his first name, but he participated in actions in SW MO and SE KS (including the second raid of Humboldt, KS).

I am also looking for information about Thomas Livingston, who also participated in the second raid of Humboldt. I only know that Livingston was from the Oronogo area and that he ran a lead mine before the war.
