Thank you are you help. His name was William w. Mansfield, he was a pvt. for the Company L, 1st. Heavy Artillery Regiment Ohio. I have posted him before and serveral people have helped me. I know where he is buried and have been trying to get the Veterans Administration to send me a Memorial Grave Plate that can be placed there with his name and information.
