Re: Breakdown of MSG Enlistment by Division/County

One of my ancestors was marked as "Wingo's Division, and on his application for Pension (from Missouri) he states his captain was "Van Fleet" and Colonel was "Colonel Wingo". Can you tell me more?? He also stated he fought at Wilson's Creek, Lexington, MO ad Dry Woods. His application was rejected because they did not find him in the Confederate Army Rolls until too late!
