I am conducting research about the Mississippi Fourth Infantry Regiment from the West Central Mississippi area. I am looking for any primary information. This would especially include letters, diaries, or original source material.

I have the basics down (regimental history from Dunbar Rowland) and good secondary. What I really need are biographical sketches of the officers and men, things of that nature.

Any help or direction you could give me in the project would be greatly appreciated.
