In going through some old items from my dads side of the family i found a copy of a handdrawn map showing the yazoo river, a town named clayton, and the location of rebel and union forces, his family was with the union, i was wondering if anyone would be familar with the hisory of this area with regard to the civil war. i know this town is located in northern miss. I don't know who drew the map but i do have some information on relatives that fought in the war. would be interested in any information. thanks jjj
