Ive actually always found it pretty useless for anything other than confirmation. After Jamie posted the link, I used it and it worked as well as it alawys did. I didn't have tp fill in all of thefields, but when filled in both first and last names, I got nothing if I just filled in the last name, I got what I was looking for.
