Thank y'all for the reply, but I believe New Albany was burned around June of 1863, but I'm not sure, and that was before Brice's Crossroads. The Union Army went through New Albany several times.

I've already read that letter. It is very good, but it doesn't really say when New Albany was burned. If the whole town was burned, I would believe there would be more information on it. I emailed the museum and historical society in New Albany, but they've not replied.
