Deep South Gent,

In looking over your response again, another question occurred to me. That is, if crops were to be fenced, but not livestock, how, for purposes of the law, did the livestock enter the crops to trample them?

This entire University of Mississippi attributed response seems not to make any sense unless, as I said before, I just don't get it - a real possibility.
