The delightful Ms. Anne Webster of the MS Dept. of Archives & History compiled a book extracting the main info about Mississippians who filed for Presidential pardons after the war.

It is entitled "MS Confederate Pardon Applications," and is available from Pioneer Publishing at:

http://www.pioneersoutheast.com/.

I am guessing that it has the extracts of something like 800-900 applicants.

Most are routine, though some are interesting.
