This is my Great Grandfather. He joined with 2 brothers in the same company. His oldest brother was a Sergeant, Elijah Hale and another brother Nathaniel B. Hale. He also had a twin brother William H. Hale who joined another unit out of Lafayette Co., MS. He never saw or knew what happened to his twin after the war. Does any one know the history of this unit or anything about these men? I am finding nothing on line. His twin brother's name was Wm. H. Hale - I found a Wm. Henderson Hale that joined 22nd MS Infantry, comp. H - I don't know if they are the same person. Does anyone know what happened to him?
