Does anybody have any means of looking up the old Woodville Republican for 1912? Here is what I'm hoping to locate...

Private William Thomas Johns, 22nd Mississippi Infantry, Company E was born 1841 Amite County, Mississippi. He is said to have been killed near Woodville, MS. by "negroes who ambushed him". He is my Paternal 4th Great-uncle. I would like to know if the local paper ran any articles on this or even show an obituary. I will gladly pay any expenses and fees for this lookup.
