To those of you that are doing regimental and or company sized hisotry projects (i.e. 7th MS project), I have a question. I have scads of postings from the Natchez newspapers about mail going to and from the company, but I only know the location of one collection (the bottom of a well)out of 82 names and there are no known photos and I have been at this project for about six years. My question is this, is this the norm or are the research gods screwing with me?
