Service Record and Pension File Pricing

Hi Everyone,

For those of you who are considering ordering Compiled Military Service Records and/or Veteran's and Widow's Pension Application files, it is now official that the National Archives will be dramatically increasing their pricing as of October 1st, 2007.

Military service files $25.00
Union Pension File up to 100 pages $75.00

As many of you know, we offer our Military Records Research Service through the message boards and our pricing is:

Service Records $26.95 plus S&H
Union Pension Files up to 75 pages 44.95 plus S&H
Confederate Pension files
up to 20 pages 26.95 plus S&H

It will be necessary for us to increase our Union pension file pricing at the 1st of October; however, our prices will still be less than the NARA. Also, please note that we provide Confederate pension files for almost all of the Confederate and Border States and we've just recently dramatically decreased our pricing.

As always, we have a quick turnaround of two (2) to four (4) weeks on our orders. We can provide them printed or on CD-ROM and most important of all you get the personalized service of our outstanding historians, Mr. Alan Pitts and Mr. Jonathan Deiss.

If you've been holding off purchasing a Union pension file, you might want to do it now before the Oct. 1 increases. And don't forget about our new lowered pricing for Confederate pension files.

Jim
