From Ancestry.com I find Company K was organized under authority of Gen. Joseph E. Johnson on the 22nd. of January, 1864.

This is the same date T. J. Bullock (Age 24) joined for duty and enrolled for the war. He is listed as present on a muster roll for Jan. 22 to June 30, 1864, dated June 30, 1864.

You may want to compare the dates above with the service records you have.

Census records indicate this soldier was probably a son of Lemuel T. Bullock of Pike County.
