Waul's Legion was ordered by Tighlman to camp near Holly Springs, MS in mid-to-late 1862. I believe that Holly Springs is not very far from Rocky Ford. We have two of Waul's Legionaires buried in our cemetery in North-central MS. Their names are:

James L. Click, Co. F, 1st Bat. Waul's Texas Legion
and
Young C. Dunbar, Co. B, 2d Bat. Waul's Texas Legion.
