Bob,

It is off-topic, but since the "webmaster" has an interest in the "Old West", I let it slide. But, just this once now, ya hear?

BTW, my gg-grandfather, one Franklin Pierce "Frank" West, a member of the Cherokee Light Horse or Indian Police, was killed in a rather famous shootout, Dec. 17, 1886, near Whitefield, Indian Territory by Sam Starr, husband of Belle Starr. One of my cousins still owns the '73 Single-Action Army used in the gunfight. BTW, Sam Starr also died in the shootout.

That was off-topic too, wasn't it?

Jim
