Thanks for the information Alan Pitts. I am now somewhat unsure about what Estens I am looking for as another veteran was John Estens born 27 May 1827 died 20 Oct 1905 Served in Co. C 10th Louisiana Cavalry??..........The records site you put me onto comes up with one only, any other ideas of sites to look at?
